FAQ

Before you write.

How early should we contact you?

As early as a site and a program. The system delivers the most value when we're engaged before the design is locked — that's when we can shape it around fabrication and permitting.

Where do you work?

We have a presence in New York, Dallas, Atlanta and Los Angeles, but the system is built to be replicable. We ship assemblies and deploy install crews regionally; tell us where the site is and we'll confirm logistics in the feasibility read.

Can we use our own architect?

Yes. We frequently coordinate with a client's design team, bringing the engineered system and fabrication into an existing model. The earlier we join, the smoother the coordination.

What does the system cost versus site-built?

Roughly 40% less than an equivalent stick-built structure, and about 50% faster to deliver. Exact economics depend on program and site — the feasibility read gives you a real range.

How do you handle permitting?

We pre-engineer every assembly to code and carry the AHJ submittal ourselves, so permitting becomes a checkpoint, not the critical path — a fight you don't inherit.
